The Pennfield Schools Educational Foundation (PSEF) was established in 2007 and is a Michigan non-profit Foundation that is an Affiliate of the Battle Creek Community Foundation. The Foundation serves the Pennfield Geographic Area of Calhoun County.

The Pennfield Schools Educational Foundation provides all the benefits of a local community foundation, however, administrative requirements and stewardship functions are completed through the Battle Creek Community Foundation.

The Foundation consists of 8-15 trustees that include representatives from the Pennfield School Board, Superintendent's Office, Student Body and members of the Local Community.

The trustees of the Foundation can be anyone with a sincere interest and demonstrated commitment to support the mission and vision of the Foundation. The founding trustees have been appointed by the Pennfield Schools Board of Education.
